Engage is deployed as secure software installed on a small host PC connected to a conference room display.

Depending on network architecture, IT departments can require participants to be connected to a specific network in order to access an Engage session. Sessions are initiated from a web browser using a secured connection to the Engage host PC.
All connections are encrypted, and no document or app data is ever shared over the network – just pixels.
Engage provides users control of their meetings by being able to mute shared content, eject a participant, and even block users from ever joining again.
